Projekt CLOSE uzatvára kapitolu 10-ročnej umeleckej cesty autora a otvára bránu k intenzívnemu prežívaniu pandémie cez jeho oči. Kniha, písaná dvojjazične, s farebne odlíšenými prekladmi a grafickými interpretáciami fotografií, necháva otvorený priestor na vlastné vnímanie a premýšľanie o otázke, či nás pandémia uzavrela alebo priviedla bližšie k sebe. “CLOSE” nie je len kniha, je to umelecký portrét obdobia, ktoré nás navždy poznačilo.

Divided into 5 sections with introductions in the form of graphic haiku poems, each page is not only a photographic story but also a journey deeper into the author’s inner self. The cover, made of untreated pressed cardboard, evokes a resemblance to the stucco façade of 80s panel buildings.
The CLOSE project concludes a chapter in the author’s 10-year artistic journey and opens the door to an intense experience of the pandemic through his eyes. The bilingual book, with color-coded translations and graphic interpretations of photographs, leaves space for individual perception and contemplation of whether the pandemic has closed us off or brought us closer together. “CLOSE” is not just a book; it is an artistic portrait of an era that has forever marked us.
